BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

Use up that leftover pulled pork with this quick and easy BBQ pulled pork pizza. Perfect for a busy weekday supper!

Ingredient

  • 1 (12-inch/30 cm) homemade or pre-made pizza crust

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) hickory barbecue sauce or your favourite

  • 2 cups (500 mL) cooked pulled pork

  • 2 cups (500 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 small red onion, sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or nonstick baking sheet.

  2. Spread barbeque sauce over pizza crust. 

  3. Arrange pulled pork and mozzarella evening over crust; top with red onions.

  4. Bake until crust begins to brown and cheese is bubbling, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 3-4 minutes. Slice and serve.
