Maple-Ginger Glaze

Mustard, maple syrup and ginger are perfect flavour partners to pork and ham.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp (15 mL) each Dijon mustard, lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) powdered ginger

Directions

  1. Combine and brush over ham during the last 15-30 minutes.
