Maple ginger glaze
Mustard, maple syrup and ginger are perfect flavour partners to pork and ham.
1/4 cup (60 mL) maple syrup
2 Tbsp (30 mL) all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp (15 mL) each Dijon mustard, lemon juice
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) powdered ginger
Combine and brush over ham during the last 15-30 minutes.
