Flo’s Lemonade Pork Chops

Ingredient:
4 pork loin or rib chops, boneless, about 1-inch / 2.5 cm thick
1 – 12 oz can frozen lemonade
1/2 cup (125 mL) canola oil
1/2 cup (125 mL) white vinegar
1 teaspoon (5 mL) pepper
2 teaspoons (10 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup
4 teaspoons (20 mL) salt
4 teaspoons (20 mL) dry mustard
Directions:
Place chops in resealable plastic bag.
In small glass bowl, combine marinade ingredients until well-blended. Pour over chops. Seal bag. Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat barbecue on high. Place pork chops on grill and sear both sides.
Reduce heat to medium to finish adding marinade once seared.
Grill chops 5-7 minutes per side or until instant-read thermometer registers 155°F.
Remove chops from grill onto a clean plate. Tent loosely with foil and allow chops to rest 3-5 minutes before serving.
