Ginger Marmalade Glaze

A snappy, sweet glaze for our ham.

Pork ribs


  • 3 Tbsp  (45 mL) soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) grated ginger
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) orange marmalade**
  • Pinch cracked black pepper


  1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, ginger, marmalade and black pepper. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.

**Substitute apricot or peach jam
