Mustard Glaze

A sweet and tangy glaze for your ham.

Pork ribs


  • 3 Tbsp (45 mL) Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp  (25 mL) brown sugar
  • 2 tsp (10 mL) orange juice or white wine


  1. In a small bowl combine mustard, brown sugar and orange juice. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
