A quick and easy rub full of classic Cajun ingredients. It makes enough for 4 pork chops, a 2 lb / 1 kg pork roast or 1 lb / 500 g pork ribs.
- 1 tsp (5 mL) EACH paprika and thyme
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) EACH cayenne, garlic and onion powder
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) EACH salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl combine all ingredients and rub all over meat.
