Pork Sliders 3 Ways: Leftover Roastwich Sliders
A great way to use leftover pork roast!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 4-6 minutes

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb (350 g) cooked pork roast, sliced 
- 1 Tbsp (15 mL) canola oil 
- 1 small clove garlic, minced 
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) Dijon or honey mustard 
- 8 slices of your favourite cheese 
- 1 long english cucumber, sliced 
- freshly ground black pepper 
- 8 slider rolls 
Directions
- In a small bowl combine canola oil and garlic. Set aside. 
- Wrap sliced pork in a foil packet and warm in the oven until heated through. 
- Top each roll with mustard, slices of warm pork, cheese and cucumber slices. Drizzle with garlic oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper; cover with top halves of rolls.
