A quick and easy marinade full of classic Mediterranean ingredients. It makes enough for 4 pork chops, a 2 lb / 1 kg pork roast or 1 lb / 500 g pork ribs.
- 2 Tbsp (30 mL) EACH dry white wine, lemon juice and olive or canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp (5 mL) crumbled rosemary
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) cracked or coarsely cracked black pepper
- In a plastic sealable bag or glass dish, combine all ingredients. Seal and cover for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
