Honey Lemon Glaze
A sweet and tangy glaze for your ham.
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) liquid honey
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) EACH brown sugar, lemon juice
- Pinch garlic salt
- 1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp (5 mL) dried mint (optional)
- In a small bowl combine mustard, brown sugar and orange juice. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
