Honey Lemon Glaze

A sweet and tangy glaze for your ham.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup (75 mL) liquid honey

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) EACH brown sugar, lemon juice

  • Pinch garlic salt

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) grated lemon rind

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dried mint (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine mustard, brown sugar and orange juice. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
