Women in Curling Summit
Connecting Women in Curling is the second installment of the Saskatchewan Women in Curling Summit. The event will take place Saturday, September 16th at the Sutherland Curling Club. It will feature interactive sessions with previous curling champions, certified sports nutritionist, physiotherapist, and a keynote from 2-time Olympian Lisa Weagle.
Ag in Motion

Meals from the Farm
In a unique collaboration with schools in the province, Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan, along with numerous agricultural organizations and commodity groups, is providing a free meal featuring Saskatchewan-grown foods to almost 2,000 students and teachers. In addition to their lunch, each student and teacher will receive a bag with activities, recipes, pencils and gifts from Saskatchewan farmer groups.

“Discover the Farm: A Farm Facts Experience” is an annual field trip for school-aged children (K to 5) from the Chinook School Division & Holy Trinity School Division to learn about agriculture, food production, and safety both on and off the farm.

Canada's Agriculture Day is a day to recognize the work of all those who help produce the food that Canadians and people around the world eat. 2023 Ag Awareness Summit
Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan is co-hosting the 2023 Ag Awareness Summit with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture to celebrate ten years of work to build public trust in our industry. This event will bring people together from across the agricultural spectrum, from crops and livestock to horticulture and poultry production, as well as large and small-scale farms, agribusinesses, researchers, and government.
Saskatchewan Livestock Expo
Southern Saskatchewan’s largest agricultural trade show featuring nearly 80 exhibitors and approximately 550 attendees. The one day agriculture trade show involves feed companies, nutritionists, farm equipment dealers, livestock equipment plus a pork carcass and egg competition and door prizes. Helping MUNCH Grow

Approximately 1,100 students will visit the Ag Education area of the Yorkton Grain Millers Harvest Showdown, a three-day event featuring professional bull riding, ranch rodeo, stock dog competition, heavy horse pulls, a breeders alley, and heavy horse pulls. Agriculture Month
October is Agriculture Month in Saskatchewan! Agriculture Month is proclaimed annually by the Government of Saskatchewan. Each October, the industry works together to tell their food story through campaigns, events and programming. Through these interactions, we hope to help people better understand how Saskatchewan farmers and ranchers raise their animals and grow their crops, while engaging in authentic conversations with people from around the province.
Queen City Ribfest
Part food festival, part music festival! For three days, Regina will host 5 nationally acclaimed "Ribbers" who will be joined by 5 other local food trucks for Queen City Ribfest. Saturday will feature a celebrity judge competition to see which ribber the Queen City crowns champion!
Vetavision 2022
Known as "the great veterinary variety show," Vetavision is a chance for the public to visit the Western College of Veterinary Medicine and learn more about the exciting world of veterinary medicine. . This two-day event is run by veterinary students and opens up the veterinary college to the public to showcase the veterinary profession and to highlight the many roles of veterinarians in animal health, public health, research, industry and community service.
