Brown Sugar Glaze

A delicious sweet glaze for your ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) dry mustard
  • 2-4 Tbsp (30-50 mL) vinegar

Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar. Brush over ham during last 15-30 minutes of cooking.
